We visited friends and families this summer between Calgary and Vancouver. Along the way of our travels we searched for quite a few GeoCaches.

The whole crew went searching for this one (Adi, Susanne, Jenn, Cassie, Gerry and Mathew). Cassie scored the find. Left “Knobby - The Drifters” behind. Took a matchbox car and left Calgary Flames Miniture Mug.

For the Girls 2 (official page)
Adi and Susanne found it on this beautiful day. Not too hot, not too cold and no bugs, none. Traded a carabiner for a pencil sharpener. Left “Fishy - The Drifters” and picked up “This little piggy”.

We really enjoyed this park today. Cassie fount this one. Traded a game and car for a dalmation and pencil sharpener.

Having a Ball (official page)
Another score for Cassie. Traded a bouncy ball for another ball. Thought about giving “Having a ball!!” a ride but didn’t fell like lugging it around. A great day at the park.

Highway Hitch Hiker (official page)
Visited this one while traveling from Chilliwack to Monterose. Easy find. The previous log explains the woodshavings beside the bear. Traded nothing but left “Pokey - The Drifters” travel bug.

Trail Cache (official page)
Great cache location with a great view. I forgot my camera, can you believe it? The whole family made it up there, stroller and all. Not a trip I’d recommend with a stroller but the trusty Chariot made it all the way. Adi found the cache, accompanied by Jenn, Gerry, Mathew and Maureen. Didn’t take anything but left a toy dinosaur. Dropped of our last travel bug, “Dino - The Drifters”.

Looked for this one while traveling from Monterose to Calgary. Pretty miserable day with quite a bit of snow on the ground between Fernie and Crowsnest. Easy find in an interesting location. Traded a stuffed animal for a Playmobile man. Picked up Space Bug Beetle.

Very good description, didn’t even need the GPS to find it Easily accessible for the whole family with stroller. Took the bike TB. Traded an eraser for a car. Great view.
